Sweet & Sour Kielbasa
Ingredients:

3 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon Olive Oil

1 large onions, sliced

1/4 cup packed brown sugar

1 cup ketchup
-
1 tablespoon apricot preserves

1/4 cup diced pineapple (optional )

1 tablespoon cider vinegar

1/2 teaspoon spicy brown mustard

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 pound Old Neighborhood Kielbasa sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces

3/4 cup Diced Red, Green and Yellow Pepper ( seeds Removed )
Instructions:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and oil.
- Sauté peppers and onions until tender.
- Stir in brown sugar, apricot preserves, ketchup, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and pepper sauce.
- Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in pineapple .
- Slice Kielbasa into 1 inch thick pieces and place sausage in a slow cooker.
- Pour sauce mixture in and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
- Serve hot , with crusty bread or over rice.
