
Honey Garlic Chicken Lettuce Wraps
Prepare Old Neighborhood One Pot Gourmet Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs using your preferred cooking method.
When Honey Garlic Chicken is fully cooked remove chicken thighs from pot and place on plate and cut into thin slices.
To make Sauce for Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs:
In a small bowl mix together 1 tablespoonful of corn starch with 1/4 cup of water. Set your pressure cooker to sauté or slow cooker to high heat and add the corn starch mixture to the juices in the pot rendered from the chicken. Whisk together until well combined and sauce thickens. Return the sliced chicken to the pot, coat evenly and let heat through.
Assemble Lettuce Wraps:
Portion out sliced chicken onto each leaf of lettuce. Add a sprinkle each of sliced almonds, scallions and grated carrots. Drizzle with ranch dressing and enjoy!
